Quotes we provide are estimates based on the scope of work you describe to us. They are not a fixed price, and nothing is booked until you tell us you would like to go ahead.
The final scope of work is agreed with you before the work begins. If the scope needs to change, we discuss the change and any effect on the price with you first.
Visit dates and times are subject to confirmation. If you need to reschedule or cancel, let us know as early as you can so we can offer the slot to another household.
Please confirm how we will be able to access your home at the time of booking, including any alarm or entry instructions, and let us know about pets, access restrictions, or areas we should avoid.
