We may also note the scope of work you ask for and any instructions you give us about the property.

We do not ask for payment card details, government identification, or sensitive personal information in order to provide a quote.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare and send a quote, schedule and carry out the cleaning services you request, and to communicate with you about that work. We do not use it for unrelated purposes.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. This website does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.

We keep the information you provide for as long as it is needed to deliver the services you have asked for and to meet our own record-keeping obligations. If you ask us to delete your details, we will do so except where we are required to retain them by law.

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you about services you have not booked.
