About move-out cleaning
Move-out cleaning is the mirror image of a move-in: the home is emptied, and the goal is to leave it in a condition that reflects well on whoever lived there.
It is also the last chance to clean anything that will be inaccessible afterwards, so the full scope matters here in a way it does not during a routine visit.
We work from the top down through an empty property, which is faster and produces a more complete result than cleaning around remaining belongings.

- We are not a repairs or damage-repair service, so anything broken is reported back to you rather than fixed.

- Should I use the same service as my move-in clean?
- Yes. Move-out cleaning covers the same ground as a move-in clean on an emptied property, so choose whichever label matches your situation at the quote step.
- How do you handle move-out inspections?
- Tell us in the additional notes what the inspection covers and any conditions you were given. We will make sure those areas are included in the agreed scope.
- Do I need to be present for the final clean?
- It helps to be available at the end, or to have someone there, so you can walk the property and confirm the result. If you cannot be there, we can send photos of the finished rooms.
- Can you fix damage as part of the clean?
- No. Cleaning and repairs are separate, and we will report anything we notice rather than attempt a fix outside what we do.
