Move-in cleaning is about timing. The home is at its emptiest and cleanest point, and the work is far easier to do now than it will be once it is full of furniture and boxes.
We clean an empty property top to bottom, which means floors, baseboards, inside cabinets, appliances and the awkward corners that stay hidden for years once furniture is in place.
It is worth booking slightly ahead of your move so the space is finished and dry when you arrive with your belongings.

- Should the property be empty for a move-in clean?
- Yes, ideally. An empty home is what makes the deeper work possible, because furniture hides the baseboards, lower walls and floor edges that otherwise get skipped. If the property cannot be fully emptied, tell us and we will agree what can still be covered.
- How far ahead should I book?
- As soon as you have a confirmed move-in date. Move-in dates cluster around the end of the month, so earlier notice means better availability.
- Do you clean inside appliances?
- Inside Oven and Inside Refrigerator are available as Extras on the quote form. In an empty home they are quick to add, so it is worth including them if the property has not been cleaned recently.
- Can I book this as a landlord between tenants?
- Yes. If you are preparing a unit between tenants, choose Move-In Cleaning when you request a quote and note the situation in the additional notes field.
